ABOUT MICHELE BODNER
I am passionate about working in the customer service industry. Starting as a cook straight out of culinary school with no experience, I worked up to be a supervisor and then a manager within a year. While my background has pertained mostly to the food industry, I have a wide variety of interests, all pertaining to working with and around other people. My most recent career path has allowed me to develop a strong communication skill-set, particularly with escalated customers, as well as create data & analysis for these escalations. I look forward to assisting clients, learning new skills, and helping to expand the companies I work for.
