Leading and growing my team, I’m responsible for:• Coordination of communication projects and activities, Group level;• Creation of the Communication plan, according to the commercial strategies and BP;• Communication & Marketing budget | Monitoring KPIs;• Defining corporate and brand guidelines;• Drafting advertorials and press releases for the Media (online-offline);• Manage of internal and external events (location, fittings, press, technical audio-video, accounting);• UI, UX, CMS management, SEO and all updates at Contents, design, UX and backend management for internal communication tools;• Manage Social Media (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook)| Strategy | Reporting & analytics;• Internal Magazine (all company countries)| Employer Branding activities;• Video projects: from the concept to the final execution, overseeing video and assets post-production;• Design, coordination, set up of internal areas that have a strong visual impact;• Strong support to HR & ERM Dept.(People Caring, Agrati University and Sustainability initiatives).
