I am an experienced manager - over 20 years in insurance, over 10 years of managing teams responsible for claims, complaints and frauds. Currently I gain experience as a consultant – insurance part of Salesforce with Fennia, Finnish insurer. When managing or implementing tasks/projects/initiatives, I focus on efficiency, effectiveness and open and direct communication. What is important to me, i.e. what values I value- speed and quality of operation - execution within the allocated time and correct at the same time - order in processes, documents and space - thanks to that each person or process will find the right path to the goal - openness and feedback - every topic is important to me and I will be interested in it - rational and thoughtful improvement - doing things in a different way than before to be effective
