As a BSA for the cross channel solutions team, I act as an SME for APIs and data integration across the organization. My current projects revolve around creating a \"next generation\" of operational processes for the company, impacting over 70% of all business operations and technological systems. Through analysis, collaboration, and solutioning, our team (along with third-party consultants and vendors) will implement a robust and systematic approach to healthcare impacting over 10 million members; enabling IBX (and the related companies/startups) to lead and define the next generation of health insurance.
