I believe leadership is about bringing people together around a shared vision and creating the structure, clarity, and momentum needed to move it forward. With over a decade of leading teams as an administrator in intercollegiate athletics, I currently use those skills in team building and culture to achieve the desired outcomes in my current role.As Campaign Director at Biola University, I lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive campaign, serving as the central architect for its strategy, communications, and engagement efforts. From the quiet phase through public launch, I work to align internal teams, equip leaders and volunteers, and connect donors, alumni, and partners to a vision that advances the university’s mission. My goal is to take complex problems and drive clarity toward a shared, simplified solution.My work involves campaign strategy, donor engagement, storytelling, events, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that every detail contributes to a cohesive and compelling campaign experience. Whether developing a strategy, managing complex initiatives, or building meaningful relationships, I am driven to help people and organizations thrive.
