Coordinate inspections, contractor visits, and compliance reporting for multiple properties. Plan schedules, chase remedial actions, and provide accurate reports- Chase up outstanding remedial actions relating to audits, compliance and investigation action plans- Prepare analytical reports on fire door inspection and compliance by leaseholders and follow up with property managers to ensure completion- Handle and manage sensitive and complex information regarding the team, and provide accurate data analysis and accounts of complex information- Coordinate contractors and consultants to carry out fire door inspection to ensure compliance- Provide general administrative support for the safety team, including maintaining and updating the team’s tracker and database, delegating tasks, taking minutes and inputting audit information.
