Accountable for the success of the clinical placement sourcing function and team. Management duties include leading managers and individual contributor roles, staffing assignments, performance management, and team culture and engagement.In order to confidently drive and speak to the success or challenges of the business, the Vice President is expected to be knowledgeable in state compliance, operating best practices, technology and reporting, and the requirements for each discipline within the portfolio. When necessary, this individual will be the representative of this service both for business development, internal stakeholders, and University clients. It is imperative that this individual models professionalism, organization, concise and effective communication, and excellent performance to ensure success and team confidence.
