ABOUT MICHAEL FULLINGTON

I am currently working at USI Insurance as a Benefits Analyst IV in the Employee Benefits division. As a Benefits Analyst, I’m responsible for all financial monitoring reports and analytics deliverables including (IBNR, Projection, Alternate Funding Analysis), for groups with enrollment 25•••00 lives. I’m also responsible for managing medical and stop loss marketing on 30 self funded, level funded and fully insured groups. Prior to my role in Analytics, I served as a Jr. Account Manager on the Employee Benefits Account Management team. As a Jr. Account Manager, I was responsible for creating open enrollment materials, assisting clients with day to day service requests, answering member questions and maintaining internal record of products and services provided to 30 employer groups.My time at USI, has provided me with in depth experience on the client service, communication and data analytics components required to administer an employee benefit package. Prior to USI, I graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington. In my time in Bloomington, I studied Supply Chain and Technology Management at the Kelley School of Business, and served as President of the Indiana Evans Scholars Chapter House.
