ABOUT MICHAEL CRESSWELL
As Director of Executive Education at the Møller Institute, I lead our Client Development, Marketing, Programme Design and Programme Operations teams. I have a diverse background in education and sales, having spent the early part of my career as a schoolteacher and more than a decade in academic publishing.I have worked at the University of Cambridge since 2014. Most recently, I served as Head of Partnerships at the Institute of Continuing Education. Prior to that, I was a director at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where I built and led a team of learning designers, content developers and programme managers.In addition to teaching, I hold certificates in business analysis, systems thinking, and service design. Outside work, I am a martial arts coach and practitioner with black belts in Aikido and Judo.
