Projects include: Optimising recruitment processes to remove bias from hiring, providing subject matter expertise on inclusive practices Bringing together best practice insights and developing DEI capability and learning programmes to educate colleagues at all levels Developing an Alliance of DEI focused partners to support clients in improving diverse representation across their workforces and bring external expertise into the business Overseeing our internal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support global strategy and growth targets, empowering to enable our inclusive culture AMS won in the 2023 British Diversity Awards for ‘Outstanding Disability Network of the Year’ and 2022 Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) awards. We were finalists in the European Diversity Awards, UK Social Mobility Awards and National Diversity Awards
