It is made available direct to SMEs on CreditPassport.com - and via partners using the Credit Gateway API.Banks can offer it to their SME business customers to increase loyalty and create a discussion around improving their credit worthiness without the legal risk of discussing their internal assessments. Lenders can use the API to score individual SMEs as part of their origination process, or to track their SME portfolio in one place. The Credit Passport score is based on the Bank of England\'s latest definition of Probability of Default, and validated following Basel II recommendations to align fully with banks internal rating systems.
