I’ve spent the better part of two decades working across the lending, fintech, and technology landscape in India — not just watching the industry evolve, but being part of the teams making it happen.My career has taken me from building South Asia operations for credit bureaus and global SaaS companies, to reshaping credit and risk strategies for NBFCs, to introducing technology that has changed the way lenders acquire, underwrite, and manage customers. Along the way, I’ve learned that success in this space is never just about the tech or the numbers — it’s about timing, execution, and the people you work with.I enjoy the mix of strategy and hands-on work. I’m comfortable in a boardroom discussing governance and long-term direction, and equally at ease working with teams on the ground to solve operational challenges. I’ve seen first-hand how regulatory changes, shifting customer behaviours, and market cycles impact decisions — and I try to bring that perspective to every conversation.Today, through Predixion AI and Varisio Solutions, I focus on helping financial institutions find practical, sustainable ways to use technology and data in credit, collections, and risk. The common thread in all my work is a focus on making change stick — ensuring ideas move beyond plans into real-world impact.Outside of work, I value building genuine relationships in the industry and exchanging ideas that go beyond the latest buzzwords. If there’s a problem worth solving or a process worth improving, that’s where you’ll find me most engaged.
