Driving and publishing strategic research and thought leadership in health, work and occupational safety and wellbeing for this leading international not for profit research consultancy. I provide support and leadership on programmes, partnerships, client relationships and projects that have included those with: VitalityHealth\'s Britain\'s Healthiest Workplace; AIA Asia\'s Healthiest Workplace; Ferring Pharmaceuticals; European Union Occupational Safety and Heath Agency (EU-OSHA); Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC); Public Health England (PHE) Evidence, Evaluation and Commissioning of Workplace Health, Health and Safety Executive (HSE), NHSEI and the National Ambulance Trusts, NHS Employers, Lloyds Register Foundation, THIS (The Health Improvement Institute, Cambridge University) and UEA (University of East Anglia). In 2021 I was awarded the RAND Europe Presidents Award for the work of national importance that I contributed to whilst I was seconded to NHSEI (NHS England and NHS Improvement), to lead the team that established the logistics, estates and equipment for the national COVID-19 vaccination programme.
