ABOUT RICHARD MILNE

I work on the societal and ethical implications of new science and technology. I am a Research Leader in the Science and Emerging Technology team at RAND Europe, and am a Research Professor (Principal Research Associate) at the University of Cambridge. My research interests are in the interface between science and the public around controversial scientific topics and the possible futures created by new science and technology - particularly in the biological and biomedical sciences.
