ABOUT MICHAEL WAUGH
As MOL\'s Business Development Manager, I look to build ongoing relationships with organisations on a Corporate basis where MOL can offer a variety of study solutions in several different vocational areas. MOL has over 30 years’ experience providing blended flexible learning public courses and corporate in-house training programmes. MOL\'s courses cover a wide range of industries and offer the best accredited professional development programmes including; Human Resources (CIPD), People Management and Development (CMI), Property (Propertymark), Construction (City & Guilds) and Property Law (SQA) qualifications. We specialise in providing in-house training using accredited qualification frameworks to create targeted corporate training programmes. I work with individuals from organisations to establish and meet clients’ needs as well as tailoring programmes to bespoke requirements. As the direct point of contact for all corporate clients, I aim to work with key individuals from organisations to ensure MOL can meet their individual study needs. My aim is to build lasting relationships, providing my corporate clients and learners with a great overall experience so they won’t hesitate in choosing MOL for their training requirements again and again.
