As a accomplished Technical Sales Director professional with 20+ years, I am responsible to provide the bid management, sales and technical teams by performing design tasks, by gathering and analysing requirements, developing High-Level Designs (HLD), and create cost estimates, producing technical schematics, and assisting in the qualification of bids and proposals.Managing the design and presentation of technology solutions, maintaining ownership throughout the project lifecycle, and support both the project management and implementation teams, to ensure a smooth delivery of the technical solutions and acceptance into services (AIS), including collaboration with implementation and support teams to deliver tailored services based on Chess Enterprise customer needs and deter the technical, project and professional services for the project timelines.Engaging with both Chess ICT’s key clients and new clients’ opportunities to understand their business challenges, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and proving full proposal-related documentation, including schematics and cost models, and properly maintaining and that High-Level Design (HLD) documents are suitable for the creation of Low-Level Designs (LLD) during the full implementation phase, with understanding and extensive experience in connectivity and networking, including Local Area Networking (LAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN), Wide Area Networking (WAN – MPLS, P2P, SD-WAN, multi-cloud connectivity), and network security services (e.g, SASE, DDoS, NAC), collaborating with prospective customers to scope and implement solutions in a cost-effective manner and demonstrate expertise in designing and pricing LAN/SD-WAN solutions, with strong experience in designing and pricing cloud and network security services (SASE, DDoS, SSE, etc.) from key Chess ICT vendors, with my extensive knowledge of WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, multi-cloud connectivity) and comprehensive understanding of the WAN/LAN/Wireless Security.
