As CEO, Michael Schmidt brings a unique career background to the table: Under the gaming name \"mTw.Speiky,\" he became the first German Counter-Strike champion and won the CPL Latin America in 2001—a milestone in the history of German esports. After his active career, he moved into leadership roles at Razer and Roccat before co-founding LootBoy, one of Europe’s most successful gaming loot apps. Through his company Reason GmbH & Co. KG, Schmidt was jointly responsible for the business affairs of today’s top influencer MontanaBlack from 2013 to 2017—thus operating early on at the intersection of the creator economy and business.
