I maintain accurate records and reports on inmate activities, including inmate movement, cell assignments, and medical and behavioral issues. I ensure that all jail staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties. Oversee the management of inmate care and custody, including healthcare, hygiene, and nutritional needs. I work closely with other criminal justice professionals, including judges, attorneys, and law enforcement personnel, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the jail. Manage and maintain the physical facility, including security systems, maintenance and repair needs, and cleaning and sanitation requirements.\\\\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as proficiency with computer software and database management.
