As a leader working within the Education sector for over 6 years, I have had an insight into an industry of challenging, fast-paced, dynamic environments which are always striving for year on year improvements with reduced financial resources. Now that I have transitioned into a new career working within the Technology & IT sector for Financial Services, I have been successful in transferring my skill-set and experience to become an effective Service Manager in my field, winning ‘Rookie of the Year 2019’.
