I was responsible for the redesign of over 30 SKUs, aligning aesthetics with scalable component-based manufacturing. Alongside the production team, I helped to introduce line-based production principles, standardized part dimensions, and implement machine routing specs to improve quality and reduce waste.Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing and operations to launch new collections, coached a multidisciplinary team of six, and helped to standardize the production drawing sets for efficient communication with carpenters.I oversaw the growth of the CNC department, expanding it to include three CNC machines and managing a team of six skilled operators. The department was responsible for machining a diverse range of products, including standard catalog items, hospitality projects, and custom millwork.I played a key role in maintaining production metrics and generating weekly reports to track our department\'s performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I provided ongoing training to team members, equipping them with the necessary skills in Fusion360 for both 2D and 3D programming to optimize our machining processes.Furthermore, I introduced the team to 4th axis machining techniques for furniture parts, enhancing our capabilities and allowing us to tackle more complex projects with efficiency and precision
