ABOUT MICHAEL MORTON
I have 20 years expertise in electrophysiology from conventional patch-clamp to next generation automated electrophysiology platforms such as SyncroPatch (Nanion) and QUBE (Sophion). I have worked and published in academia - at Leeds and Yale University - and in industry with AstraZeneca. My career has spanned pure research, assay development and large-scale screening of all manner of ligand- and voltage-gated ion channels.Together with Ruth Roberts and Richard Knight we have founded ApconiX, an integrated toxicology and ion channel company.
