Mr. Mednick’s responsibilities as ECM include, but were not limited to:• Implementation of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) and providing updates, as necessary.• Ensuring compliance with the Dirt and Dust Control Plan, the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan the Spill Control Plan, the Solid Waste Management Plan, the Archaeological Monitoring and Discovery Plan and the Minimization, Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting Program.• Performing inspections, documenting, and enforcing applicable aspects of the EPP. • Monitoring the project to ensure environmental compliance and intervening and reporting if non-compliance incidents are observed.• Ensuring Best Management Practices (BMPs) required to minimize environmental impacts are implemented during construction. • Reviewing and advising on all environmental sampling. • Clearly communicating expectations and protocols to key personnel throughout project. • Maintaining a list of company names of all contractors and sub-contractors performing construction work on this project with contract numbers.
