Aditya provides project controls management services, in conjunction with the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP) program requirements, for SoCal Gas to promote the continued safety and integrity of natural gas transmission pipelines. In this program he manages more than 140 projects at any given time. PSEP includes provisions to upgrade, replace or retrofit hundreds of mainline valves in the system with technology that allows them to be opened or closed remotely by system operators from a central control location, or that automatically shuts off the flow of natural gas in the event of a large pressure drop, and other elements\\\\nAditya tasked with developing 140 projects’ level-5 schedules based on impacting major milestones, events and stage gates checklist for the overall progress as compared to the developed phases and baseline planning schedules.\\\\n Closing out projects using smart sheets with collaborative efforts between teams to provide accurate target dates to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).\\\\n Analyzed risk assessment for complex internal and external project control issues with impact on the organization; recommend innovative project controls solutions.\\\\nContributed to the key issues tracking in Interactive Planning sessions and is able to lead innovative strategic project controls development.\\\\nIn IAP meeting planned the tasks, information flow, and material deliveries based on the request of downstream customers\\\\nImplemented Pull planning and scheduling techniques for smaller batches to avoid easement issues, environment permits, just in time material delivery, improved leveling of resources, and reduced lead times for special order valves.\\\\nSetup new KPI to program dashboards to Monitor and update the project team weekly on the work plan forecast for future project management improvement initiatives.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
