As the Engineering Manager for B2B Web I had to come in and modernize the team\'s development practices, Agile practices, and incorporate DevOps as well as engineering standards to ensure quality for our product- Successfully implemented engineering standards- Leverage DOJO to help the team learn Agile so the team can learn agile ceremonies and become more efficient in delivering strategic work- Introduced enhanced DevOps practices and developed a plan to enhance our DevOps practices to include CheckStyle, Pit Mutation.etc into our builds- Organized team\'s Agile Board and introduced Epics and Features and organized board based upon my priorities- Introduced Innovation Sprints so the engineers have time to bring innovative ideas to the product- Split the team from one large team to 3 teams with specific areas of focus to allow us to deliver on all our priorities while making enhancements to our DevOps practices- Influenced our security partners to separate our move to OAuth from the delivery of our Authentication Platform to ensure we meet important deadlines and reducing potential points of failure with a big bang delivery- Influencing our security partners on issues we are seeing with our new Authentication Platform to ensure our customer experience for B2B customers meets Digial Experience expectations.

I\'m currently an Engineering Manager in the Digital Experience delivering quality solutions for the enterprise. I\'m currently leading our B2B Authentication, Registration, and Credential Management experiences for our B2B customers. I\'m leading this team through both a platform and cloud migration based upon my experience leading the CIAM team.I transitioned from our leading our CIAM team for policyholders that include a large platform modernization as well as a cloud migration to AWS.
