A native of South Florida, Michael Indiviglio is an operational leader and an accomplished fundraiser with a diverse professional background. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, Michael worked his way through school in the food service industry and in multiple skilled trades. After graduating, he spent nearly a decade in sales across several industry verticals. It was in 2015 that he transitioned into not-for-profit fundraising and operations. Before starting a family of his own, Michael spent almost 8 years volunteering with the youth in his community. Since then, he has served on several not-for-profit boards including 5 years as a public trustee for the City of Boca Raton’s Police and Firefighters’ Retirement System. He has always been passionate about helping the next generation to find their purpose and realize their potential.
