Executive Casino Host @Ameristar Casino

My duties are to increase guest\'s visits, and to bring in new play through off property events and by referrals from existing players. I also take care of amenities, do personal on property touches, help in the establishing of casino credit, work with other departments to insure that all player\'s needs are met during their visits, and deal with any guest disputes that may arise during a stay. I have been employee of the month twice in my 5 years at Ameristar, and have also been on the Cultural Engagement Taskforce. We discuss different ways that all team members can stay better informed and help with internal communication. I love being part of a team, and have learned over the years that all problems are easier to solve when a team works together.
