Recruit aerospace engineers for Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems. Identify, interview, screen, and qualify potential candidates for the Aircraft/Aerospace industry. Follow ISO 9002 work instructions and procedures. Direct interaction with clients during the submittal, interview, and feedback process. Negotiate direct labor rates and calculate bill rates with the appropriate client mark up percentage. Provide all new hire information to the payroll department for processing, and educate new hires on company policy, reporting responsibilities and benefit eligibility. Involved in the process of obtaining TN and H1B Visas for contractors who are non-citizens. Prepare and aid in the processing of contractor expense reports, bonuses, and raises Prepare advertisements for current job opportunities, and on-line job postings with Monster, CJ Hunter/CE Weekly, CareerBuilder, etc. Administrative duties include: maintaining and updating company database; answering & redirecting incoming phone calls; email correspondence with clients and candidates; filing; copying; keeping records of candidates submitted, interviewed and hired.
