ABOUT MICHAEL G.
Michael Galego is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural Division of the Stronach Group. This division of the Stronach Group is responsible for the management and development of a significant portfolio of agricultural assets, including a commercial farm in Florida spanning more than acres. Michael is also a founder and member of the board of directors of ICC International Cannabis Corp.(TSXV - ICC), which is one of the world\'s largest cannabis producers based out of Uruguay. Michael is a lawyer by training with more than ten years of M&A and corporate finance experience. His past experience includes being Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of Pacific Exploration & Production Corp.(TSX: PRE) and General Counsel and Secretary of CGX Energy Inc.(TSXV: OYL). Michael began his legal career as an associate in the business law department of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP Michael was a member of the Board of Directors of Woulfe Mining Corp.(CSE: WOF) and instrumental in its sale to Almonty Industries Inc.(TSXV: AII) by way of plan of arrangement. Michael is a member of the TSX Venture Exchange’s Ontario Advisory Committee providing advice and recommendations to the TSXV on policy, operational and strategic issues likely to have a significant impact on the public venture capital market. Michael is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Liver Foundation and of Trillium Gift of Life Network Michael is a graduate of York University (Hons. B.A.) and the University of Windsor (LL.B). In 2013, he was recognized by Lexpert as one of Canada’s “Top 40 under 40” leading lawyers. In 2015, Michael attended Harvard Business School’s High Potentials Leadership Program after being nominated by Pacific E&P.
