ABOUT MICHAEL BUTZ
I\'m a sixth generation Butz family builder and have more than 15 years of construction industry experience. My family started building in the Lehigh Valley in the mid-1800s. Today, we provide construction management services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Butz has been consistently ranked among the nation\'s Top 400 and Top 100 General Contractors by ENR and is one of the largest, most reputable CM firms headquartered in Pennsylvania. I\'ve worked on multiple projects ranging from the $182 million PPL Center in Allentown to retail fit-outs at The Outlets at Wind Creek in Bethlehem. I\'m also a shareholder in Forge Development, a full-service real estate investment and development company that provides services in Pennsylvania and Florida. In my current role, I work with leadership on business strategy and relationship building in the Lehigh Valley, Delaware Valley, and Central Pennsylvania. I help to generate leads and am committed to maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and future clients.
