ABOUT MICHAEL BRYAN
With almost 20 experience in the construction industry as an Architectural Technologist and MEP/TGA BIM Coordinator throughout the UK and within Germany, I gained proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Vectorworks, Sketch-Up, 3D StudioMax and Adobe Photoshop as well as a basic understanding of Dynamo, MagiCAD & BIM Collab. As BIM Office Lead for TGA in Berlin i am also responsible for planning team resources, recruitment and workflow development. With experience in both architectural engineering and MEP I have built up a strong multidisciplinary technical knowledge, from traditional methods of construction through to steel frame structures. I also completed a master programme in Sustainable Community Design on a part-time/distance learning basis at Heriot Watt University for which i received a First with Distinction. Through this I have gained an insight not only into sustainable green technologies but also holistic design approaches including site analysis, energy and water strategies and I am particularly interested in Cohousing projects. In addition, having lived and worked in Berlin, I have a good understanding of the German language, german project delivery stages (LP1-5), working environment and culture.
