Broad Lean Methodology, Project Management and Operational knowledge. I have18 years of experience in various manufacturing and supply chain roles both working with shopfloor people on gemba and leadership teams from Europe, US and Middle East and Africa. If you were to describe me with few words I think it would be: curiosity and always looking for solutions. I truly believe that only by learning new things and trying to build solutions for problems outside of box, without limiting ourselves to status quo (without \"we always did this in the same way\" statements) we can develop ourselves. Solving a problem, challenge that requires your activity, changing point of view, intensive thinking how improve continuously and working with different people as one team is one of the most rewarding feeling. Recently I have also added coaching as daily way of working to my portfolio and looking back at my previous way of working it really improves team management.
