Operational and Sales management with the ability to give individuals quality of life. Coming from a large box retail, the ability to understand multiple needs while giving the customer was is needed and not pushed is an upmost moral. With providing leadership and training, I was able to create a role in Operational Leadership which gave me more of an understanding of the true ins and out of the industries everyday continuous working parts. Saving and finding ways to increase proficiency of all avenues, helped continue my growth to ensure not only is the team taken care of but so is the customer. Using those abilities and skills is now used everyday to ensure our Senior Community is given the most hands on care and have the ability to continue their quality of life. Providing living situations to expand care and independence while ensuring the organizations bottom line is not affected, has given me the ability to see the importance on budgets, census management, continued P&L, and operations of the daily Senior Living process.
