From working several years in multiple organisations I have acquired numerous skills that will benefit me both academically and professionally. As a result of working in the Human Resource department I have developed a strong management style including increased time management which has been beneficial when balancing both university and my work life. I have also developed a significant amount of confidence from working in this role due to dealing with a multitude of different tasks. These skills are highly transferrable throughout other job roles that I fill within my organisation. From working in a highly customer facing role I have developed my problem solving, communication and leadership skills to accommodate the needs of customers and employees alike.
