Cross functionally work with multiple brands and other stakeholders, to promote and execute special events and tradeshows• Procure show product, coordinate delivery with logistics, vendors and show site personnel• Collaborate directly with key vendor management to oversee planning and execution of exhibit booths, catering, hotel rooms, product, independent contractors and event supplies• Manage budget, purchase orders, estimate and invoice processing • Partner with Brand Teams to obtain graphics, catering, and other needs for show activations• Manage asset inventory of event properties, both in-house and off-site locations• Negotiate and secure hotel blocks, meeting space and event venues and event venues• Collaborate with departments on vendor RFPs, creating referential projects for vendors to bid• Work with Managers, Directors, Sales, Product Marketing, PR, Factory and others as needed on projects
