Assist in preparing prime and subconsultant agreements.• Review of compensation clauses, salary rates, and overhead rates. • Ensure effective cash management by working with client\'s established upfront processes on new contracts. This requires forming positive relationships with Client counterparts.• Research complex account receivable and delinquent billing issues.• Perform ongoing contract compliance, billable vs. non-billable charges to the client, expense reports, per diem regulations by office, federal and state agencies, etc.• Assists in monitoring and reporting, job budgets and costs, labor charges, expense detail, work plans. • Forecasts and monitors project estimate-at-completion (EAC) by recording potential and actual changes to cost accounts, including change orders, trends, and deviations Ensures financial corrective measures take place in a timely manner. • Assists in tracking, monitoring and reporting on sub consultant agreements, insurance, small business reporting information or other items required by contract. • Ensures accuracy of monthly client billing which requires coordination with SSC/division office,subconsultants, Project Managers and Finance Team. • Perform activities such as verification that attachments/documentationsupports the submittal, gather progress reports from the Project Manager, confirm that the subconsultants have not exceeded their respective contract maximums.Project financial controls and contract management following projects:• North County Transit District (NCTD), Representative on-call contracts for Rail and Transit. • ARCADIS, Inc. for SANDAG- ITS Tolling and Regional Border Management System. • San Diego County Regional Airport Authority - On-Call Engineering Services. • California High Speed Rail LGA- Engineering services. • San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), CA -On­ Call contracts for A/E Services, Planning, ITS & Mobility.
