Reporting to the CEO as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and regular contributor to the Imagination Technologies Board, I am responsible for the global People agenda. My focus at Imagination is to shape the organisation to deliver people and talent solutions and embed a culture of high-performance and development, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of a talented, engaged and diverse workforce. I also support and advise Imagination to evolve its culture and ways of working and provides leadership in organisation design. I have extensive experience leading the people and talent functions of complex organisations including Amec Plc and Varian, Inc. In addition to general management and business development experience successfully growing the EMEA, Asia and India operations of Varian Inc.
