Extensive experience in Recruiting candidates, and pre-screening to pull out quality potential candidates.• Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.• Extensive experience in Job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary/rate negotiations, and closing.• Have experience in dealing with all kinds of authorization (US citizens, GC Holders, TN, EAD, HIB, etc.)• Hands-on experience in Full time, Contract, Contract-Hire, and Remote positions• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle• Having an excellent track record of consultants who have been submitted to the clients, and have good experience in creating and maintaining an excel database of available consultants and clients.• Submitting resumes to the client and following up with the candidates for the next steps.• Scheduling Face-to-Face/Zoom/Telephonic interviews for candidates; establishing close contact with candidates to ensure participation in interviews.• Strong Salary/Rate negotiation skills.
