Apartment Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, Porters & GroundskeepersVALLEY-WIDE OPENINGS – WEEKLY PAY Location: Phoenix Metro Area (Phoenix, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale & surrounding areas) Pay:• Leasing Consultants: Pay based on experience• Maintenance Technicians, Porters & Groundskeepers: Pay based on experience, certifications, and qualificationsJoin Our Team!Apartment Leasing Consultant ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales• Conduct professional and engaging property tours• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in• Assist with applications, approvals, and lease renewalsMaintenance Technician Responsibilities• Perform make-ready/turns between resident occupancy• Complete repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and major appliances• Respond to and prioritize service requests efficiently• Assist with painting, groundskeeping, trash removal, pool maintenance, and other duties as neededPorter / Groundskeeper Responsibilities• Maintain curb appeal throughout the community• Trash pickup, pet waste, and dumpster area maintenance• Light painting and unit prep• Power washing walkways, buildings, and pool areas• Pool area cleaning and furniture organization• Janitorial duties indoors and outdoors• Replace light bulbs in walkways and parking areas• Assist maintenance teams as neededQualificationsLeasing Consultants• Minimum 6 months of apartment leasing experience (required)• Fair Housing Certification obtained within the past year (required)• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus• Strong communication and customer service skills• Weekend availability preferred• Reliable transportation requiredMaintenance / Porter / Groundskeeper• Prior experience preferred (not required for porter roles)• Reliable transportation and strong attendance• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Enjoy hands-on and outdoor workWhy You’ll Love Working With Us• Weekly pay every Thursday• No on-call or weekend work for Maintenance Techs & Porter/Groundskeepers• Valley-wide locations – work close to home• Transportation stipend up to $5/day for public transportationReady to Get Started?Don’t wait—apply today and you could be on your way to joining our amazing team tomorrow!
