ABOUT MELODY RODRIGUEZ

As a bilingual Project Manager with a focus on People, Process and Progress. I lean heavily on my emotional intelligence and emotional agility, to lead complex topics and diverse technical groups into delivering successful results. I lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. I coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. I analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. I am also, an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager with a demonstrated 15 year history of working in the telecommunications industry. I am very skilled in Vendor Management, Contact Centers, Computer Network, Mobile Device Management, Construction, Facilities Access and Security, Capital Time Tracking and Reporting, Quality Assurance, among others. I am a strong administrative professional that leads with courage and executes with heart. I have a degree focused on Political Science and Government from Universidad Autonoma de Durango.
