I partner with them to understand what’s really happening on the ground, then translate those insights into content, programs, and engagement strategies that help their teams think differently and move forward with clarity.At EAB, I collaborate with research leaders to shape outputs and programming that reflect the real-world needs of higher education institutions. Acting as both a connector and an operator, I help ensure that research insights don’t just exist on paper - they become practical resources, structured programs, and experiences that support institutional leaders in their decision-making.Earlier in my career, I built engagement and leadership programs across higher education, museums, and nonprofit organizations.
