I serve as the Vice President for the Originator Connect Network, where we bring mortgage professionals together through industry events across the country.I am passionate about empowering women in the mortgage industry and creating opportunities for growth, mentorship, and leadership. As the Executive Director of the Mortgage Women Leadership Council, I lead initiatives that provide women with the resources, connections, and support they need to thrive in their careers. I also founded the Women Who L.E.A.D. mentorship program, which connects aspiring leaders with experienced professionals to foster career growth and empowerment.I’m committed to driving positive change, championing diversity, and helping more women step into leadership roles.
