Liaison for the Company with various benefits vendors fostering effective relationships with vendor representatives during the proposal process and throughout the vendor relationship;(b) Tracking and maintaining all associated contracts, plan documents, certificates of coverage etc, including overseeing review of invoices and charges in accordance with such contracts and plan documents; and (c) Recommending and assisting in the development and implementation of new or modified benefit plans and policies; and (d) Assisting in developing cost control measures to ensure maximum coverage at the least possible cost to the Team Members and the Company. This position also prepares, coordinates and submits certain legally required annual reports/applications. This position has the LVS responsibility in coordinating with the various subsidiaries and operational leadership the benefits provided for non-U.S. team members (Fortis, Sands Digital Services, international marketing entities, etc.). This responsibility includes ensuring alignment with the Company’s approach for global team member benefits and performing assessments of benefits versus market requirements, as deemed necessary, and reporting such results to LVS leadership.
