I have worked in Facilities Management, both in an operational role and in procurement of services for over 15 years, from the very inception of the first full TFM companies in the UK. Having worked both in house and for TFM organisations I have experienced both sides of the coin in terms of FM, so am able to adapt to the specific cultural idosyncrasies of an organisation while understanding the need for a strategic and commercial approach to all aspects of building management. In working at board level I have been very involved in financial and strategic desicion making, and have worked on many large cross functional projects. These range from building openings to process re-engineering of working practices, procurement systems, invoice processing and IT, telecoms and large scale print solutons.j
