As a Senior Recruiter at Terumo Neuro, passionate entrepreneur, floral expert, and advocate for the health benefits of gardening. My diverse set of skills and experiences has shaped me into the person I am today.Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive experience in recruitment, developing my ability to identify top talent, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieve impressive results. However, my love for floriculture has always been a constant presence in my life.In 2011, I launched The Bourg Consulting Group, and in 2020, I founded Fleurmagination. Witnessing the joy that my flowers bring to the world has inspired me to announce the launch of my global online community in March 2025, which will connect and inspire floral enthusiasts from around the globe.With a lifelong passion for flowers, I have served as a board member of the San Diego Rose Society and as a Consulting Rosarian. I am also a graduate of Floret Farm’s Small Scale Flower Farming training, and I love sharing my knowledge about how nature can enhance well-being.Beyond my work in the floral world, I am deeply committed to supporting women entrepreneurs by hosting high-impact networking events that foster connection and business growth. As an advisor for the Integrated Wellness Collective, I advocate for holistic approaches to well-being. I enjoy speaking to audiences about the intersection of nature, health, and entrepreneurship. Through Fleurmagination, my events, and my public speaking engagements, my mission is to inspire others to embrace the beauty and benefits of flowers and gardening in their daily lives.
