Serves as a key liaison between the local network office, district offices, state insurance departments, and Home Office to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance. My responsibilities include coordinating FINRA and state insurance licensing, scheduling exams, processing background checks, and tracking key onboarding and licensing metrics to support strategic hiring initiatives. Guide representatives through continuing education and renewal requirements, handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Execution, Office Administration, and Tech Support to ensure smooth operational transitions and proper system access for new hires.
