ABOUT MELANIE STOLTZ
In 2012 I earned my BA in Entrepreneurial Leadership and diploma in Marketing Management at KPU. During this time I worked part-time with my present employer FedEx, part-time as a freelance marketing consultant and part-time as a cake baker/decorator. My practical learning experience cultivated my interest in marketing and sales - which ideally is my chosen career path. I have been employed with FedEx Canada since the summer of 2005. Over this time I have honed my customer service, communication, sales skills and logistics knowledge. At present I am a Field Sales Account Executive, managing strategic accounts in various industries across Greater Vancouver. In June 2016 I joined the Ruben\'s Shoes organization to assist with part-time fundraising and event management in support of children\'s education. In addition I also perform marketing consulting for small to medium sized local businesses and start ups. Because of the diverse nature of this field of work I perform marketing research and prepare business plans which focus on sales/marketing, management, operations and human resources.
