As an ENFP, I thrive on visionary leadership, creative problem-solving, and building authentic connections. My career in Human Resources has been defined by a passion for people development, transformation, and driving positive change across global organizations.Currently, as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Medical Systems Group at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, I lead HR strategy for 1,700+ associates across Canada, the USA, and Latin America. I partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, champion talent development, and foster an engaging employee experience. My approach is proactive and outcome-driven, exemplified by the development and deployment of the OCA HR Human Capital Scorecard and recognition for delivering a successful acquisition and seamless HR integration. I am energized by complex challenges—whether harmonizing policies across borders, spearheading operational change management projects, or supporting the growth and promotion of team members. My adaptability and collaborative spirit have enabled me to lead through periods of rapid transformation, including global business transitions and the COVID-19 pandemic.Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing teams, created the first People Analytics organization at Olympus, automated HR processes, and rebranded HR Compliance for greater impact. My experience spans HR leadership roles at Becton Dickinson, TESSCO Technologies, and Target Corporation, where I drove strategic initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Development, Lean Leader and Green Belt Six Sigma certifications, and am a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
