My coaching practice designs and delivers solutions which are tailored to my Clients and their business. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach and an Accredited Transformative Life Coach. I coach the ‘whole person’. My work is shaped around my Client’s unique blend of situation, perspectives, needs, personalities and desired outcomes. Sometimes I will take them backwards, in order to move them forwards. Clients will receive a non-judgmental perspective, un-compromised support and a neutral sounding board for their thoughts and ideas. I provide support, challenge and a safe thinking space. I lead my Clients head-first into the obstacles and boundaries that stand in their way. I challenge mindsets, perceptions, negative automatic thoughts, habits and unconscious biases.
