Projects:1. Achieved ISO 50,001 certification for the facility. Created procedures, SOP, and energy manual to achieve Corporate Energy goals. Implemented the Edgecom energy monitoring system in the facility to monitor energy consumption which helped in reducing the energy intensity by 10%.3. Particiapted in the Energy Star challenge by natural resources canada in which the facility had to achieve 10% energy intensity reduction.4. Worked with production to centerline machine settings using data analysis which helped reduce production downtime significantly.5. Designed and manufactured 3D printed consumables on the machine to divert waste from landfills which saved 35k annually in GMI.6. Created an excel dashboard to track monthly production downtime and machine issues using pareto charts, 80/20 rule etc.7. Implemented new processes on a coating and a converting line for a new product to be produced which helped in secure orders worth 400k annually.
