As an executive coach, developer of leaders and fixer of people-problems, Proactive Senior Leaders and HR Departments have called upon me and my team to alleviate dysfunction and use psychology, neuroscience and proven principles and strategies to optimize teams and organizations. I first understand all parties and partner deeply with them to drive transformational improvements to organizational culture, involving Assessment, followed by Development Groups and 1:1 coaching, resulting in transformational change- Increasing Results & Improving Relationships.• Truly humbled to be viewed as a PROVEN LEADER by my Peers, Colleagues, Clients and College Students in the Nonprofit, Educational, Private and Government Sectors. It is through my work and desire to Empower other Leaders to Drive Change, Get Improved Results and solve an Organization’s most Complicated Problems that my Outcomes have proven to be Transformative.• EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE is the ability to identify emotions accurately | use emotions to learn how to be higher functioning in life, and navigate relationships judiciously and empathetically. Emotional Intelligence has been identified as the key differentiator to drive results in increased performance, while building trust among the workers and encourages positivity and accountability. • Becoming an AUTHOR is a direct result of my years of experience working with Executives and Leadership Teams along with my passion for bringing transformational programs. As a consequence, the Book - The Adversity Hack, Get Out Of Your Own Way – Shift Your Thinking And Change Your World will be published this Fall. My goal for all readers is that the Book will serve as a Handbook that will take them on a journey that is powerful, fast, efficient, in a mind-blowingly transformative way.• This Journey of Discovery has enabled me to BE OF SERVICE to my Clients by continuing to bring Value via substantial Mission Impact. Empowering these individuals to actively demonstrate their commitment to Plan, Engage and Implement effective Strategies that are healthy and beneficial to all within the Organization. MOVING FORWARD and overcoming our greatest hurdles requires us to reevaluate our current approaches and recognize the importance of understanding and building environments that are conducive to our Emotional and Social Well Being. Thus, ensuring employees needs are met and are thereby able to provide the high level of Quality Work that results in transforming workplaces from Chaos or Plateaus to High Performance and new levels of fulfillment and JOY.
